Sweetie Doodles makes every effort to provide you with a healthy puppy. This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery. We provide each new owner with a Bill of Sale, Health Record, Wellness Exam Certificate, and complimentary puppy food.

 

We guarantee that all vaccinations and dewormings have been given as stated on the health record and wellness exam. The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 days of taking it home or this guarantee becomes null and void. If the puppy is found not healthy, the new owner must contact the breeder within 24hrs of the veterinary appointment and make arrangements to return the puppy within 2 days, along with all paperwork. Sweetie Doodles is not responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by the buyer. A comparable puppy will be offered based on availability. No money will be refunded.

 

Some disorders may be caused by environmental factors, for example: coccidia, giardia, kennel cough, cancer, demodectic mange, scabies, allergies, Lyme Disease, Ehrlichiosis, Heartworm, diseases caused by Leptospirosis, and other autoimmune system disorders are not covered in this guarantee. This guarantee does not include uneven bites, undescended testicles, Class I to II insignificant murmurs, inguinal hernias or umbilical hernias. This guarantee does not include injuries, external parasites, or intestinal worms/parasites. Our puppies are vet checked prior to leaving our home and you will be provided with a wellness exam certificate. Sweetie Doodles is not responsible for Canine Influenza infections, as dogs can become infected in less than one day. Sweetie Doodles is not responsible for Canine Parvovirus, Distemper, Coronavirus, Infectious Hepatitis, or Parainfluenza, after 3 days from the Bill of Sale, as these are contagious diseases that can be contracted immediately after leaving the Breeder. Puppies are vaccinated at 6 and 8 weeks of age against Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus, but will not be fully covered until the complete series of vaccines has been completed by a veterinarian. The new owner is responsible for having the vaccine series completed. We will not be responsible for illness or health problems, which are diagnosed after the 3 day time period, except where stated in this contract.

 

Your puppy is guaranteed for 3 years against life threatening congenital defects. If within that time a life threatening congenital defect (not to include disease caused by viral or bacterial agents, heartworms or any nutrition related disease) is attested to by two non-associated veterinarians and the reason is congenital, the Breeder will replace the puppy with another puppy of same breed, quality and price, after our veterinarian agrees with the required written reports, from the two non-affiliated licensed veterinarians. The breeder must be notified at the onset of the problem, in writing, with a report from both non-affiliated veterinarians. All vaccinations must be up to date. Obese dogs will not be covered by this guarantee. The replacement will be subject to availability (within 12 months). Sweetie Doodles is not responsible for any bills including veterinary or medical expenses. No money will be refunded.

 

This contract is not transferable from the original owner. This contract is null and void if any of the terms and conditions are not fulfilled. The Breeder makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, under this contract except as stated above. This health guarantee is valid only for dogs that have been spayed/neutered or otherwise sterilized by 8 months of age.

 

This guarantee must be signed and returned to Sweetie Doodles with a copy of your vet exam within 2 weeks from first exam date. A copy will be signed by Sweetie Doodles and returned to you, which must be kept with your records for the guarantee to be valid. You can send the guarantee and vet exam by email or regular mail. Please do not send it via text.
