Puppy Application

 




There is no application fee. Once your application is approved the deposit to be placed on the wait list is $200. Once puppies are available we contact the wait list in order, the deposit to reserve a puppy is $300, for a total deposit of $500.
Both of these are non-refundable and taken out of the balance due.


 

Please note: By submitting this application you are not being put on the waiting list automatically, nor are you required to pay the $200 non-refundable deposit. Once your application has been approved, you will be given instructions on how to submit the deposit, and then you will be added to the waiting list.
